They’re currently accepting applications for the position of Streaming Optimisation Manager to join their Sydney team on a six month contract, assisting in the development of marketing strategies and processes to tap into the streaming market using a range of unique, creative campaigns. 

Skills / Experience Required: 

  • Prior experience in digital, with a commercial and analytical mind.
  • Experience with building data-led marketing initiatives
  • Understanding of how algorithms function and affect the preferencing of content

Producer & Project Manager – NOVA Entertainment (Melbourne)

Looking for a gateway gig into radio? Melbourne’s NOVA Entertainment are currently seeking a Producer & Project Manager to join the Kate Tim and Joel show, one of the city’s biggest drive shows, assisting in the sourcing of content, studio operation and beyond. 

Skills / Experience Required: 

  • Minimum of a years’ experience in a similar role at media company
  • A sound knowledge of the Kate Tim and Joel show & product
  • A proven passion for broadcast radio and a zest to learn more in programming
  • Familiar with high end studio equipment and a keenness to learn

  • Show liaison with the commercial side of the business
  • Oversee the shows benchmarks/ games
  • Manage key talent and stakeholders (including managers) and their diaries
  • Work proactively with the Program Director and product team to achieve and deliver station marketing and programming goals
  • Promotion prize fulfilment (for Nova station) + database of clients
  • Across the day and weekend promo activity (outside of Kate Tim and Joel)
  • Be across the partnership promotions generated by Nova 100
