Solid State Logic (SSL) eagerly anticipates connecting with customers, partners, old acquaintances, and newcomers at AESNY 2023. Continuing its tradition at AES, SSL will unveil new hardware and software innovations during the show. These forthcoming hardware offerings, stemming from SSL’s legacy in analog console design, promise to introduce fresh sonic possibilities and streamlined workflows for recording engineers. Simultaneously, SSL remains committed to keeping its range of controllers and software at the forefront of audio technology. Visitors are encouraged to visit the SSL booth to explore their top-tier software, including SSL 360° and the comprehensive suite of plug-ins.

Among the offerings at the AES booth, SSL will feature cutting-edge hybrid production tools like the UF1 and UC1 controllers, along with the FUSION processor and THE BUS+ compressor. ORIGIN 16, which received acclaim upon its launch at AES last year, will be available for demonstration, integrated with a UF8 controller in the console’s central section. This combination of ORIGIN and UF8 delivers the revered SSL analog sound coupled with advanced DAW control, offering producers and engineers “the best of both worlds.”

Furthermore, SSL will spotlight System T for music, a next-generation immersive music production solution. This system combines market-leading 9.1.6 monitoring, cutting-edge digital audio processing, advanced production workflows (including Dolby Atmos), and SSL’s legendary production tools optimized for immersive music. AES NY attendees can experience the large-format, modular S500 console firsthand and witness how System T for music empowers producers, engineers, and facilities to create cutting-edge music and immersive content efficiently and with outstanding sonic results.

Nigel Beaumont, Managing Director of Solid State Logic, expressed enthusiasm for AES NY, emphasizing the exciting product announcements in store and the unique opportunity to share the exhibition floor with Harrison, their Nashville-based neighbors.

“We look forward to welcoming our customers, partners and friends to AES NY,” commented Nigel Beaumont, Managing Director, Solid State Logic. “As usual, we have many exciting product announcements planned, and this year we are particularly excited to be sharing the exhibition floor with our Nashville-based neighbours, Harrison.”
