QSC share new K10.2 speaker painted by Aussie street artist Knock

The second installment in the colourful collection comes courtesy of Melbourne mastermind Knock, a multidisciplinary artist whose work aims “to transport people deep into their imagination and out of the realities of the world around them”. Knock is known around the world for his distinctive style of printmaking and painting, and has previously presented public murals and gallery shows in Australia, Europe and Asia.

In a statement shared today, QSC’s Marketing Manager Nicholas Simonsen discussed linking up with Knock for the project. “Knock was the first artist that I approached about this project when the idea came about,” he said.

“I knew that his style was perfect for the medium and that he would bring the speakers to life with his vibrant and striking design in spectacular fashion”.

The speakers were recently utilised in Knock’s latest show Tektoniks, which you can find out more about here. Last month’s More Than A Black Box speakers were painted by lauded street artist Chehehe, and there’s set to be even more arriving soon – we can’t wait.
