The dual pedal runs a genuine 168V valve circuit alongside Keeley's Super Phat Mod, with a foot gesture to swap the order and a choice of true-bypass or silent buffered switching.
Keeley Electronics has built two overdrives into one enclosure with the Tube Drive Twin Triode, pairing a high-voltage valve circuit with the company’s Super Phat Mod drive. Either side runs on its own or stacked into the other, and a foot gesture flips which one comes first.

Both halves of the 12AX7 run in Class A into an old tweed-style tone stack, and with 168 volts behind them the valve side breaks up like a real amp – warm, a little gritty and quick to react to how hard you play.
The Super Phat Mod on the other side has more push, with plenty of sustain and a thick, amp-like drive, though it never smears the notes, so the guitar still comes through clearly. It works on its own for a rhythm crunch, drives the valve side harder when you want it to, and stacks with it for big lead tones.
Swapping the order sends the valve stage into the Phat Mod or the Phat Mod into the valve stage, and each routing has its own feel – the valve stage out front stays warmer and more relaxed, while the Phat Mod in first thickens everything up and adds real push.
The sockets all run down one side of the box, and along with the usual in and out there’s a Remote jack for controlling each side from elsewhere on your rig. It runs off a normal 9V supply and makes its own high voltage inside, so nothing unusual is needed to power it. The valve breathes through a vented plate and hides behind a matte black cover, and when it’s due for a change, that cover comes off and there’s a pin and allen key in the box to make the swap.
