Built to look as good as they sound, JH Audio's DiamondCast monitors set real reclaimed diamond into a machined resin, so no two finishes match.
Custom in-ear monitors from JH Audio can now be finished in 10 new DiamondCast colourways, a stunning set of shell and faceplate options made with real reclaimed diamond material for the musicians, audiophiles and engineers who order the brand’s custom IEMs.

The finish is built from a high-density resin with diamond chips embedded through it, giving the shells a depth and reflective detail that solid-colour acrylics can’t match. Because the diamond is distributed differently in every block, the pattern shifts from one monitor to the next, and even a matched pair shows small variations. The chips themselves are reclaimed offcuts from professional diamond cutters, which keeps the source conflict-free.
The 10 colourways are Blue Steel, Electric Moss, Royal Static, Scarlet, Lagoon, Dark Indigo, Phantom Black, Pink Voltage, Abyss Teal and Ember. Each is CNC-machined and shaped into custom shells or faceplates, and customers can mix them however they like – a different finish on each earpiece, a matched set, or DiamondCast paired with one of JH Audio’s other shell and faceplate options. Every order comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
“Customisation has always been an important part of the JH Audio experience,” said founder Jerry Harvey. “DiamondCast gives customers another way to make their monitors personal, with a material that looks different in every build.”
The material started life outside audio, in the hands of maker Tim McKenzie of McKenzie Penworks. “DiamondCast began as a way to bring real diamond material into handcrafted objects in a form that could be machined, finished, and made truly personal,” McKenzie said. “Seeing it used in custom in-ear monitors is a natural extension of that idea, giving each pair its own depth, character, and individuality.”
