Korg release Version 2.0 updates for Minilogue and Monologue synths

The new update now allows Minilogue users to enjoy the microtuning functionality introduced with the latest iteration of the Minilogue XD desktop unit – a feature perhaps inspired by Aphex Twin’s recent exploits with Novation. Version 2.0 also brings new parameters to edit the sliders of the unit, as well as enhanced MIDI support for granularity and set position messages, while the display has also received an update to make it more like the new Minilogue XD.

For Monologue users, Version 2.0 brings similar MIDI filter granularity and set position message support updates, as well as a number of microtuning presets introduced in the Minilogue XD. There’s also similar slider range parameter changes, as well as support for the active step feature while in sequencer mode.

Both synthesisers have also received updated Sound Libraries to support the new features as well as various bug fixes, ensuring that Korg users will be able to get the most out of their beloved synths for years to come.
