Studio One 6.5 seamlessly integrates Dolby Atmos tools, offering advanced capabilities for immersive audio recording, editing, and mixing. Users can now create immersive soundscapes with up to 9.1.6 channels, while native Dolby Atmos integration simplifies the workflow, eliminating additional costs and complex setups.
Key features of Studio One 6.5 include spatial audio production workflow, Dolby Atmos native integration with monitoring up to 9.1.6 channels, support for Dolby Atmos Binaural Headphone Monitoring, updated spatial audio compatible plug-in set, and innovative audio editing tools like OpenAir 2 convolution reverb and Multi-Tap Surround Delay.
This update also brings enhancements to tablature and lead sheet editing, ARA support on the Project Page, and Studio One Remote updates for spatial audio mixing. Moreover, Studio One 6.5 introduces a new open-source file exchange format, .dawproject, enabling users to share sessions across different DAWs.
