Foo Fighters have released their twelfth studio album Your Favorite Toy today, with a nine-date Australian and New Zealand stadium tour locked in for November 2026 and January 2027.

Your Favorite Toy is out today, and if the singles, the reviews and the stadium tour announcement landing in the same week are anything to go by, Foo Fighters are back in a big way.

Catch up on all the latest news here.

Dave Grohl described the making of the album as “the most fun we’ve had making a record in years,” telling Classic Rock the band went in with “no rules, no pressure – just the joy of plugging in and seeing what happens.

“It’s loud, it’s melodic, it’s weird in places… but it feels like us. It feels alive.”

Guitarist Chris Shiflett called it “a reminder of why we started doing this in the first place.” Critics seem to agree – Rolling Stone praised it as “some of the most powerful music they’ve made,” while louderthansound.com handed it five stars, calling it “a ferocious reaffirmation of Foo Fighters’ initial post-grunge power.”

The band have been building momentum hard in recent weeks, releasing singles ‘Caught In The Echo’, the title track and the blistering ‘All of the People’, with a Saturday Night Live UK appearance landing on April 25. A new video for ‘Window’ is also out today.
