The newly announced Aurora Eurorack module from Qu-Bit aims to push reverb as we know it to the limit

While not showcasing at this year’s Superbooth, Qu-Bit has revelled in its excitement to drop the Aurora Spectral Reverb. The Aurora is a spectral reverb unit that utilises a phase vocoding engine, which allows for total control over the input and reverberated signal.

Or course, being a eurorack modular unit, all these parameters can be controlled via CV from other modular sources, allowing for even deeper and more complex modulation parameters.

There really hasn’t been anything like the Aurora in the past. The modulation and shifting of incoming audio in such a way hasn’t really been possible on hardware devices until now.  The Aurora is definitely one of the most interesting and unique products to come out of this years Superbooth
