The bundle includes Behringer’s Xenyx 302USB five-channel mixer, a stalwart among entry level turntablists and podcasters alike. It features an XLR mic input with phantom power, a stereo line/USB input and stereo two-track input, as well as a two-band EQ. It can also function as a USB audio interface if you’re away from your usual soundcard and need to track some ideas in a pinch.
There’s also a Behringer Ultravoice XM8500 dynamic microphone with a cardioid polar pattern and 50 Hz – 15 kHz frequency response, which pairs with a mic stand adaptor, case, XLR cable and desktop stand. For monitoring purposes, the bundle includes a set of Behringer’s HPM1000 headphones, desinged with oval-shaped ear cups to ensure they’re comfortable while being worn for extended periods. The Podcaststudio 2 USB bundle features a software download to record, edit and mix audio, with 150 virtual instruments and effects also available for download.
Behringer is distributed in the domestic market through Australis Music.
