The Official Tommy Emmanuel Reverb Shop

Kicking off next Wednesday, the Official Tommy Emmanuel Reverb Shop will give fans the chance to own a number of pieces from Emmanuel’s vast collection of guitars, amplifiers and accessories. A portion of proceeds from the shop will be donated to Guitars To Vets, a charity that seeks to provide instruments to US military veterans as a measure against PTSD.

One of the grails from the upcoming collection is a vintage Martin D-18 that harks all the way back to 1945, as well as an old school Hofner violin bass signed by Emmanuel. Other additions include a newly released Martin Street Master acoustic and a custom-made TSW Thinline Telecaster.

Australian guitar fanatics will be pleased to see that Emmanuel is also parting ways with a number Maton Tommy Emmanuel 808 Signature models, with six cutaway and six non-cutaway models being up for grabs. Each guitar will also be signed by Emmanuel, and will come with one of his custom-made leather straps.

Other items included in the Tommy Emmanuel Reverb Shop include five of the Australian acoustic wunderkind’s new Udo Roesner De Capo 75 acoustic amplifiers – signed by the man himself – as well as a number of signature David Laboga cables and over a dozen stompboxes from Boss, Xotic, Ibanez and more.

Watch Emmanuel talk shop in the video below. This one goes live on Wednesday February 24 – make sure to sign up to Reverb’s email alerts for further updates.
