For anyone new to it, Space Replicator drops a set of virtual acoustic spaces onto your headphones: professional mixing and mastering rooms for critical listening, plus everyday environments like a car or a living room for checking how a mix translates. Rather than leaning on frequency-response correction alone, it reproduces the spatial character of real rooms, rendered through a personal binaural profile and matched to your headphones across more than 800 supported models. This version also brings improved audio quality and performance, along with more virtual rooms and headphone profiles.
Virtual recreations of professional rooms mean you can monitor with the natural stereo image you’d get from loudspeakers, while the real-world environments let you reference a mix in different spaces before release. There’s no iLok required, and it’s a free update for existing owners.
