The revamped unit sees Darkglass re-engineer the original Harmonic Booster with additional controls to deliver extra attack and punchier mids, reflecting the needs of the modern bassist. The unit now features a dedicated EQ section, with controls for bass, treble and mid frequencies, as well as knobs for Character (essentially a blend control), Boost and Mid Gain. Darkglass are claiming that the Harmonic Booster 2.0 delivers more headroom and less noise than the original, making it 100% more usable.
