Similar to other bass guitars in Cort’s Artisan range, the B6 Plus AS boasts Bartolini MK-1 pickups to deliver warm, punchy mids with transparent, clear highs. These pickups are paired with the Markbass MB-1 EQ, resulting in an extremely well-rounded tone.
The body of the B6 Plus AS is made from swamp ash with an open pore natural finish, while the neck is a fusion of five pieces of panga panga reinforced with walnut, capped off by a panga panga fretboard. Hipshot Ultralite Tuners also make an appearance on the B6 Plus AS, offering weight reduction and improved tuning stability and accuracy. The bass is finished with black hardware, offering a classic, timeless look against the naturally-finished body.
