The X Series Limited Edition Diablo Kelly HT is here for guitarists who want their rig to look as heavy as it sounds.
If you’ve ever wanted your guitar to feel like a weapon forged in the underworld, Jackson and Blizzard Entertainment may have just answered the call. The two brands have joined forces to release the X Series Limited Edition Diablo Kelly HT, a limited-run instrument built around the dark visual world of Diablo IV and timed to drop alongside the game’s upcoming Lord of Hatred expansion on 28 April.

This isn’t the first time the pair have crossed paths. Back in 2023, Jackson released a Custom Shop Diablo IV Special Edition Kelly with just 10 units available worldwide. Given the response to that drop, it makes sense to bring the concept to a wider audience. This time, players everywhere can get their hands on one.
Aesthetically, the guitar does exactly what it promises. The body features the menacing visage of Mephisto across its face, Diablo IV artwork on the back and blood-red binding running across the body, neck and headstock. It’s bold, dark and it’s unapologetically theatrical.

Under the hood, the specs holds up. The guitar is built from Nyatoh wood with a through-body one-piece maple neck reinforced with graphite for stability and speed. The 12″–16″ compound radius amaranth fingerboard runs 24 jumbo frets with custom red Diablo-inspired inlays, and the whole thing is anchored by a Jackson hardtail bridge for reliable tuning stability and solid sustain. High-output active Jackson pickups run through a single volume knob — straightforward, no fuss, maximum output.
Jackson VP of Product Jon Romanowski put it this way: “The Jackson Kelly is the perfect platform for this sort of endeavor as its sharp angles and horns give it a weapon-like appearance. It’s a physical crossover between metal culture and gaming lore that feels authentic, collectible and built for the same audience.”
