It allows for deep customisability of your sounds within the unit and the ability for it to patch with other modular gear.

The East Beast isn’t loaded with features, effects, and parameters. Rather, it is a stripped down classic-style synthesiser, with incredibly solid and well-designed components. It features one oscillator, an envelope, LPF filter, and an LFO.

Every parameter has a patchable input and output, making the East Beast completely free and open-ended in its audio routing capabilities. The sound of the East Beast is very versatile too, capable of creating thick, heavy basses all the way to light, dreamy plucks and arpeggiators.

The East Beast is a fantastic entry-level synthesiser to learn the basics of synthesis and modular patching. And those already familiar with these techniques will really be able to push this synth to its limits due to the open patchability.
