The OP-1 field aims to build on the popularity set by the original OP-1. With 10 years worth of updates, the new OP-1 field includes over 100 new features over the previous model.

The sound engine has been updated from 16-bits to 32-bit, as well as including USB-C connections, Bluetooth MIDI, a new internal speaker system, improved battery life (up to 24 hours), adding new tape and recording emulation, new reverb, and a new synth engine, all housed in an aluminium shell. With these new features, The OP-1 field aims to improve on every aspect over its predecessor.

The OP-1 field, much like the OP-1, is an excellent tool for musicians that is just at home in the studio as it is out in the field (ha). The powerful sound engines and range of effects and options means you can create entire compositions on the one device, making it unmatched in terms of both portability and functionality.
