The 8341 and 8331 join the 8351 model and function with what Genelec is calling ‘Ultimate Point Source monitoring’. Such point source monitoring enables ‘The Ones’ to overcome issues with off-axis colouration and allows for less ear fatigue during lengthy listening periods.
While the 8341 shares similarities with the 8351, the 8331 produces a bigger sound than would be expected from the compact monitor. Listeners can expect quality sound even as close as 40cm to the speakers. For more information watch the video below.
