The guitars are built from a two-piece select ash body with a lacquer-finished transparent green stain and tarnished brass hardware. The Tele has a pair of hand-wound Custom Shop Texas Special pickups, while the Strat features Custom Shop Fat ’50s pickups and both have a reverse-wound/reverse-polarity middle pickup for enhanced hum-cancellation.
