The version 2 models of the pedals will each receive further tone-sculpting options as part of the update, marking the first major change to the products in almost a decade. Differences include the B3K’s ability to provide more control over attack and treble via the Tone knob for defined saturation, while the B7K now includes low mid frequency and high mid frequency switches to tailor your perfect distortion tone.
The Microtubes updates are designed to grant the B3K and B7K user more versatile options when operating the pedals; however, Darkglass have ensured the pedals retain the original vibe that is associated with the series.
