The powerhouse talent and former frontman for Australia’s favourite drawcard ‘Powderfinger’, states this release is due to the timely nature of the pending election.
Fanning comments, ‘There are federal elections coming up across the western world. We the electorate have some very important choices to consider. Do our ‘leaders’ challenge rather than confirm our prejudices? Vote and make your voice heard’.
Fanning talked recently to Triple J about his developing album but has not yet confirmed a release date. Fanning states that this is not an official single from his forthcoming album.
