Lime Cordiale's climate-focused Lime Green Festival has announced a new partnership with the Australian Conservation Foundation ahead of its 18 April event at Adelaide University Cloisters, with ACF CEO Adam Bandt set to open the day with a DJ set.
There aren’t many festivals where the opening DJ is also the head of one of Australia’s most influential environmental organisations, but Lime Green Festival is going for it. Organised by Lime Cordiale’s Oli and Louis Leimbach, the 100% off-grid Adelaide festival is built around climate action as much as music, making the Australian Conservation Foundation (ACF) a natural fit as a partner.

ACF CEO Adam Bandt will be on the ground at the festival, bringing climate conversations to the crowd before stepping up for a DJ set.
“We won’t save the planet with doom and gloom – our plan is to have fun and dance alongside great Australian artists while also working hard to hold government and big corporations to account for trashing our environment,” says Bandt.
Oli and Lou were equally enthusiastic about the partnership. “We’re so stoked to have the ACF on board with our festival. They really are one of Australia’s climate leaders and we’ve always looked up to everything they do. And now they’ve REALLY stepped it up by putting their CEO on the lineup as the opening DJ!”

The festival lineup has also grown since its initial announcement, with Adelaide electro act TONIX and surf rock four-piece Sticky Beak joining the bill. Fans of Rüfüs Du Sol, M83, and LCD Soundsystem will want to keep an eye on TONIX, whose extra-terrestrial sound and immersive live shows have been turning heads. Sticky Beak brings their catchy, upbeat riffs to round out a lineup that also includes Lime Cordiale, The Dreggs, aleksiah, PASH, and a triple j Unearthed winner yet to be announced.
Designed as a fully off-grid event in partnership with Chugg Music, Aggreko, and the ACF, Lime Green Festival is presented by triple j and proudly supported by the South Australian Government and City of Charles Sturt.
Lime Green Festival takes place on 18 April 2026 at Adelaide University Cloisters and is a licensed all-ages event. Tickets are on sale now here.
