Perth goes heavy at HPC

On Saturday January 24, Perth HPC will be home to a lineup that fuses international firepower with WA’s own thriving heavy scene. Voyager return as hometown heroes, bringing their world-class prog-metal spectacle. Shai Hulud fly in from the US to unleash their uncompromising hardcore, while Aussie death metal pioneers Abramelin bring the brutality.

Freedom of Fear and Valhalore step up with technical aggression and sweeping symphonic metal respectively, while Silent Knight and Nicolas Cage Fighter guarantee pits overflowing with chaos. The local contingent—featuring Iniquitous Monolith, All This Filth, Yomi Ship, Patient 67, Pincer+ and Rat King—cements Perth as a city ready to go toe-to-toe with anyone.

Adelaide turns up the fury

A week later, on Saturday January 31, Adelaide Showgrounds ignites with its own unique storm. The Mark of Cain lead the charge with an uncompromising set for the Froth faithful, joined by US wildcards SNOT and metalcore stalwarts Bleeding Through. Big Noter (fronted by Briggs) brings a crossover edge, Mortal Sin celebrate 40 years of thrash, and Where’s the Pope tear it up as punk royalty.

Battlesnake, Double Dragon, Diesect and Flangipanis keep the energy sky-high, while local heavyweights including The Bearded Clams, Bone Reaper, Rocky’s Pride & Joy, Broken Loose and Control the Sun make sure Adelaide’s own scene shines just as fiercely.

With this final drop, Froth & Fury Fest 2026 promises two massive throwdowns of riffs, chaos and community. Perth and Adelaide—your moment has arrived.
