San Cisco’s short, illustrious career has earned them six Aria nominations, multiple tracks in Triple J’s Hottest 100 top 10, YouTube hits and world tours. After releasing their second studio album Gracetown in 2015, which landed them a #2 spot on the ARIA charts, the band has been traversing the globe playing shows in Europe, South America, Australia and everywhere else.

Perth’s Ta-Ku is a multi-media force, a contemporary artist fixated on the melodic properties of soul music, the percussive principles of hip-hop, and how he can manipulate and execute the two with a progressive touch. An alumni of the prestigious Red Bull Music Academy, he has most recently dropped the Songs To Break Up To and Songs To Make Up To EP’s, and will be performing both in full for the first time on his home ground.

With three nights of programming across multiple stages featuring countless prodigious musical and comedic acts, Southbound never loses its sight on the importance of enabling local talent to succeed and prosper. In tune with this ideal, the festival has not only added the two local acts to the line up, but has also made some changes to Stagebound this year, with not one but two up and coming local acts set to make the line up.
