The tour was initially teased last week via Frontier Touring’s social media, sending many a media outlet (us included) into math-metal mania as the prospect of seeing Fear Inoculum in the flesh took ahold.
Now, the band have officially detailed their trip Down Under, announcing huge arena shows in Perth, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne for next February. Tool are no stranger to arenas – they’ve actually played some of these venues before on their previous visits – so it’ll be interesting to see how the new material fills out rooms of this caliber.
Check out all the dates and details below – there’s no support acts announced yet, but we reckon Tool playing for three whole hours wouldn’t be a bad thing at all!
