Leading the pack is Canadian pop-punk OGs Simple Plan, who are set to visit both Adelaide and Gold Coast while in the country. US heavy metal authorities Trivium are also making a pit stop in the nation’s capital to play the UC Refectory, while Enter Shikari are set to treat Melbourne fans to an extra date at the Croxton Bandroom.
Elsewhere, Reel Big Fish have locked in two headline shows in Sydney and Melbourne as part of their ska-punk agenda, and Ice Nine Kills have also taken some time out of their schedule for Melbourne and Sydney shows.
It’s also worth noting that Coheed & Cambria, a huge initial drawcard for Good Things, have been forced to withdraw from the festival after their drummer Josh Eppard checked himself in for a surgical procedure after fainting onstage last week. It’s unfortunate for punters, but we’re sending all our best wishes to Eppard’s way, and crossing our fingers for a headline tour next year.
