Taking place on Saturday December 1st, unlike previous years the event will occur for just a single day in Melbourne rather than travelling the country. Tropical Fuck Storm, Amyl & the Sniffers, HEX DEBT and Spike Fuck are amongst the acts set to join Giz at The Royal Melbourne Showgrounds.
The band are promising a career spanning set spurned by the delirious visuals of long time collaborator Jason Galea. To make up for the Melbourne only focus, the band have stated that they are about to announce headline tour dates in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide next week. The band will also perform at Falls Festival in Marion Bay, Byron Bay and Perth in late December/early January.
The four stage setup is the biggest operation Gizzfest has put on so far, featuring a stage in the round with four video screens, another main indoor stage and two outdoor cave stages.
