Download Festival adds The Bronx to its lineup

The Bronx have been at the forefront of the LA punk scene for nearly 20 years, having formed in 2002 and released five full length albums in that period. They’re renowned for their anthemic compositions and hectic, limb-flailing live sets, making them a no-brainer to join Download’s 2020 lineup.

The news comes after it was announced earlier in the week that Italian band Lacuna Coil had withdrawn from the festival, citing concerns for the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. Elsewhere, the festival has also added two Triple J Unearthed winning local acts to supplement both Melbourne and Sydney shows: metalcore outfit The Gloom In The Corner will be representing Melbourne, while Newcastle punks Big Nasty are set to shred Sydney.

Check out the updated lineup below. There’s still tickets available, so it’s not too late to jump onto this one if it’s up your alley.
