For all of the tall stories that the band has managed to conjur up, they remain one of the single most influential rock bands in musical history, crafting a sound that had a hand in influencing punk, metal and modern psychedelic music.
The End Tour kicks off in the USA early next year before it crawls across the globe, eventually landing in Australia in April next year.
Osbourne had previously alluded to the release of another album, but with this tour looking like it’ll bring Black Sabbath to a close, it seems unlikely that this will eventuate, making the band’s 2011 release 13 their final recording.
