The Infinite Mini Sample Sustainer offers musicians the ability to stack notes and chords, creating rich and textured soundscapes. With precise control over the interaction between stacked notes and chords through the Fade In and Decay knobs, musicians can shape their sustained mixes to their liking. The free TonePrint app enhances the pedal’s capabilities, allowing for editing beyond the front-panel controls. Users can adjust the function of knobs via TonePrint mapping and define the number of layers to be overdubbed using the TonePrint Editor.
The sustain process of the Infinite Mini involves looping the sound back and forth randomly, resulting in an organic tone. Thanks to TC Electronic’s Analog-Dry-Thru design, the guitar signal remains unaffected by the pedal’s digital processing, ensuring the integrity of the original signal. The pedal also offers the option to apply genuine TC reverbs and modulation effects to the sustained layers, as well as customise EQ and sample rate modules for further user customisation.
