Keep up to date with the latest industry news here.

To honour the late star, Julien’s Auctions, a California-based celebrity auction house, is holding a large-scale sale of Rogers’ estate property. Additionally, a public exhibition of these same items is being hosted in Beverly Hills from October 17.

With over 1,200 lots up for grabs, the auctions will run across three days. Items range from wardrobes worth of stage-worn outfits, signed portraits, letters and awards, cars, décor, and much more.

Going live online on Friday October 21, bidders will have until Sunday October 23  before the final hammer falls.

A portion of the sale proceeds will be donated to the Music Health Alliance – a not-for-profit organisation providing healthcare access for music professionals in the United States – as a nod to Rogers’ continuous philanthropic efforts throughout his lifetime.

Currently sitting with an offer of a cool US$100,000, already having far surpassed its US$40,000 estimated price cap, the signed lead sheet for We Are the World, written and performed for USA for Africa famine relief back in 1985, is currently the auction’s highest grossing lot.

With Rogers’ career finding blazing success across seven decades, these sales are sure to draw a crowd.

Head to Julien’s Auctions for more information, to register, or view the lots.
