After all, neccesity is the mother of invention, and the portability of a guitar isn’t neccesarilly it’s strongest selling point.
Today though, we’ve stumbled across an idea that is genuinely innovative, and can genuinely change the way people play guitar, the fretlocks single string capos.
Marketing themselves as a product that enables you to ‘play impossible music’, the Fretlocks single string capos allow you to maniupulate different strings on different points of the next, where a rudimentary capo clamps over every string in an entire fret.
As we found when we stumbled across these on Neil Swanson’s youtube channel, there’s a world of possibility opened up by these capos. They’re set to launch in the next couple of weeks, and we’re pretty keen to see how they’re taken up by the guitar playing public. Certainly a product worth looking at.
