While original talkbox effects functioned via a tube which you put in your mouth, the TC Helicon TalkBox uses a regular microphone which can be connected directly to the TalkBox.
Featuring built-in reverb, a tone button and automatic chromatic pitch correction, the TalkBox is a convenient and modern take on the original. Updated presets include a vocoder, four synth patches and the traditional talking guitar effect.
TC Helicon’s TalkBox also includes a direct out, helping to avoid guitar cabinet feedback.
