Packing Oscar-winning looks and priced at an incredibly reasonable sum, the ‘All In This Together’ range is comprised of two unique CE-style acoustics, crafted from solid tonewoods such as granadillo, African mahogany and thermally aged European spruce to provide sublime warmth, resonance and acoustic projection.
The Jeff Bridges Amazon Concert Sunburst CE Torrefied European-Granadillo and the Jeff Bridges Signature Concert Copper E Torrefied European-African Mahogany boast modern appointments such as forward-X bracing and Natural Sound electronics, while each model also features an ‘All In This Together’ motto inlaid across the fretboard and Bridges’ own signature on the rear of the headstock.
All tonewoods used for the new Jeff Bridges models were handpicked from lots in Suriname, the Swiss Alps and the Republic of Congo, with Breedlove claiming that no clear-cut woods were used in the creation of the range.
Emphasising the sustainable methods employed in the new series, Breedlove owner Tom Bedell traveled to each of the forests selected to create the range to verify the individual harvest, chain of custody and sound ecological practices were in line with the company’s ethos.
Further to that, royalties from all models in the Breedlove Jeff Bridges ‘All In This Together’ range are set to go to the Amazon Conservation Team, which works in tandem with Indigenous peoples to protect rainforests and uphold traditional culture in endangered regions.
