Studio One Pro 7.2 is the ultimate production powerhouse designed to elevate your creativity from start to finish.

PreSonus is excited to announce an update to its award-winning DAW, Studio One Pro 7, featuring an all-new virtual instrument, Sub Zero Bass, Nashville Number System, Tuner2 with 30 presets for guitar, plug-in management, recording workflow improvements as well as system performance enhancements. Studio One Pro 7.2.0 is a free update for all Studio One Pro 7 users or any users on an active Studio One Pro+ subscription. Studio One Pro is the ultimate DAW for music creation workflows, offering a powerful and intuitive environment to record, produce, mix, master and perform all within a single platform.

  • New Virtual Instrument: Sub Zero Bass – Sub Zero Bass combines synth basses, organic basses, bass guitars and hybrid textures for a sound that’s deep, dynamic, and diverse.
  • Updated Tuner2 Plugin – This indispensable tool comes packed with 30 presets for guitar, and offers support for open and custom tunings.
  • Post Roll for Auto Punch – Experience effortless, hands-free recording with the addition of adjustable Post-roll and the ability to use Pre-roll, Post-roll and Auto Punch in any combination.
  • Nashville Number System – Transcribe with ease across all chord displays and editors – great for session players and creating lead sheets.
  • Continuous Cursor Options – Enjoy seamless scrolling and added flexibility.
  • Improved “Realtime” vs “Offline” Audio Export – The new “Automatic” option in the export mixdown setting avoids rendering in realtime (if none of the external devices are currently in the signal path).
  • Introducing Studio One Pro for Windows on Arm – Designed specifically to run on Arm processors, the first native version of Studio One Pro for Windows on Arm delivers power efficiency and improved performance (public beta version).
  • Improved Multi-Processing Performance for Apple Silicon – Users now have a choice to override the default system settings and force Efficiency Cores to be used for real-time audio processing.

Users who already have Studio One Pro 7 can access the update by downloading the 7.2.0 version release in their MyPreSonus accounts. The October release of Version 7 equips users with features like a first-of-its-kind Splice integration, AI-powered Stem Separation, a new Launcher style workflow and much more.
