The moniker of Jackson Phillips, Day Wave throws up indie-pop centred upon dreamy soundscapes and brightly lit guitar offerings. With the release of his Come Home Now EP due out later this year, the lead single and title track is now available in Australia and New Zealand (under Liberator).
While only producing music as Day Wave since late 2014, which entails writing, producing and performing all of his songs, Phillips has quickly garnered international recognition with multiple #1 Artist slots on Hype Machine, and a tick of approval from Zane Lowe for his Headcase EP.
