BEIRUT RELEASE NEW SINGLE

Beirut_Band_Drew_Reynolds (ONLINE).jpg

The track follows the members of Beirut as they journey through a fictitious Gibraltar to meet its ‘Rock’. The landscape- eerily abandoned and filled with detritus- is a world away from its real-life European landscape. The song is said to be a symbolic comment on human kind’s mistreatment of our planet, as the band is yearning to discover a natural, untouched land.

Coming four years after The Rip Tide and recorded over a two week period in the midst’s of one of New York’s coldest winters, No No No is said to be Beirut’s most vibrant and spirited record to date.

No No No is set to be released on September 11 via 4AD/Remote Control Records.
