Station Manager – 4ZZZ (Brisbane)
As Queensland’s longest running FM radio station, Brisbane’s community radio legends 4ZZZ have treated the ears of Northerners with some of the best sounds from the local underground since 1975. Skills / Experience Required:
- Ability to lead an organisation, and experience in the strategic management of organisational resources including financial, technological, information, communication and human resources.

Tasks / Responsibilities Include:
- Lead strategic planning and the setting of objectives to meet the station’s mission, including the development of annual operational plans.
- Foster engagement among staff and volunteers through opportunities for professional development and career progression.
- Set strategic goals for campaigns and drive revenue growth through fundraising.
- Maintain, review and develop fundraising opportunities to ensure key income streams of subscriptions and donations are robust.
- Ensure the development and implementation of coherent strategies for the effective management of 4ZZZ’s fiscal health, including generating funding and the effective management of risk and financial exposure.
- Set strategic programming direction with Programming Coordinator, Training Coordinator, Program Reviews Team and programming sub-committee.
- Oversee the 4ZZZ show application and grid preparation process to ensure the programming direction is in line with the overall Strategic Plan including goals around inclusion & diversity.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships and actively build strategic alliances with other organisations, community groups, universities, businesses and people which will further the achievement of 4ZZZ’s corporate and strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with volunteer workers and community groups who participate in programming and ensure the station community is informed about relevant issues, policy, change and practice.
- Represent 4ZZZ at conferences, consultative groups and industry forums, as well as undertaking advocacy at government and regulatory level.

Operations / Inventory Manager – Universal Music Australia (Sydney)
Universal Music Australia is currently hiring an Operations / Inventory Coordinator to assist the label’s production team with new release scheduling and delivery for their physical and digital products.

- Maintain all physical and digital products through local and global Universal Music Group Int’l scheduling systems for allocated labels to ensure accurate and complete delivery on time and in full.
- Timely and complete delivery of digital products ensuring the accuracy of product exclusivities/restrictions, pre-orders, bundles, date specifications etc.
- Manage physical product through the appropriate manufacturer(s), and because you are a genius, you will consider any contractual obligations, delivery, cost and turnaround times.
- Maintain the Universal Music Australia Release Schedule for allocated international and domestic labels.
- Champion departmental KPIs across catalogue accuracy, obsolescence, stock ordering and fulfilment.
- Assist the Inventory team on a variety of supply chain tasks and processes

Head of Marketing ANZ – Spotify (Sydney)
Spotify are currently looking for a new Head of Consumer Marketing to assume responsibility for communicating with and growing the Australia & New Zealand consumer base. Based in Sydney, this position will see the lucky candidate work closely with Music, Podcasts, Brand Partnerships and Business Development to ensure the streaming service acquires and retains an avid presence in Australia.
Skills / Experience Required:
- A minimum of 15 years’ experience in consumer, digital media, e-commerce or entertainment marketing

Sound Designer – Sledgehammer Games (Melbourne)
Best known as the firm who developed games such as Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Sledgehammer Games are on the hunt for a local sound designer to join their Melbourne team on a temporary basis to assist in the development of a new AAA aural experience for their next game.
Skills / Experience Required:
- Demonstrated creative and technical achievements in sound design.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in game audio development.
- Shipped at least one major title.
- Experience in creating outstanding sound assets for games.
- Fluency in game audio implementation systems.
- Understanding of PS4, XBOX One, and PC audio functionality, capabilities, and limitations.
- Experience with major digital audio workstations, with high proficiency of at least one.
- Solid understanding of technical audio theory and audio engineering.
