Marketing Coordinator – Warner Music Group (Sydney) 

With a huge label roster that encompasses the likes of Atlantic, Elektra, Fueled by Ramen, Parlophone, Roadrunner and more, Warner Music Group are heavyweights in the Australian music industry, and you could be their next marketing mastermind. They’re currently looking for a marketing professional to join their Sydney offices and help shape release and artist promotional strategies in the new year – if you’re looking for a sweet gateway gig into the big pond of major labels, this could just be it.

  • You will assist with Artist Value Proposition decks at the outset of a campaign
  • You will brief in internal and external Digital Media Buying teams, in consultation with the Marketing Manager, to properly identify the target audience, campaign goals, and supporting creative assets
  • You will ensure we are on point and assist in housekeeping across Artists’ Social accounts, including; Facebook, YouTube, Soundcloud, TikTok, Triller and Spotify
  • You wil collate relevant information, consumption/audience data, visual assets and organise into presentable internal company updates to show release timelines and key marketing points
  • You will assist with the management and updating of the Warner Music Website
  • You will assist with the setup of competitions and various duties surrounding the execution and redemption of competitions
  • You will liaise with Business Affairs regarding terms and conditions, and label copy approvals

People Partner, ANZ – Warner Music Group (Sydney)

Another big gig at Warner – this time, they’re looking for a HR guru to sign on and assist with talent acquisition, employee welfare and more. Based in Sydney, this position will help to promote diversity and foster an incredible team to help service the label’s wide range of musical interests.

Skills / Experience Required:

This one’s a big one: Music Victoria are on the hunt to replace their outgoing CEO, ushering in a brand new era for the industry body in the wake of COVID-19’s impact on the Victorian music industry.

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Have experience as a CEO or at a minimum experience in a Senior Executive role
  • Are capable of leveraging business opportunities, leading and influencing music or government policy
  • Prior experience in the music industry and an unparalleled understanding of the Victorian scene
  • Extensive experience in dealing with musicians, ministers and everybody else in between

Junior Account Manager – BMG Australia (Sydney)

Digital Content Creator – Melbourne Symphony Orchestra (Melbourne)

  • Demonstrable experience in end-to-end production of video content
  • A flair for video editing, photography, lighting & design
  • Experience of producing in line with brand standards and house style guidelines

  • Create digital content that contributes to the execution of MSO’s Learning, Engagement & Innovation and Digital strategies
  • Continuously identify new development opportunities for digital content, including distribution channels
  • Storyboard, produce, and manage the pre, and post-production of video content that it suitable for all MSO channels, including social media, MSO.LIVE (the MSO’s forthcoming Digital Content Platform), and other as required
  • Produce a variety of content pieces, including promotional videos, sit-down interviews, and graphics-based animation, and written material
  • Work with the Digital Content Manager to produce video shoots, including, set up, and operation of all equipment including cameras, audio, lighting and additional gear as required
  • Occasionally work collaboratively with external creators to develop engaging video, multimedia and animated content
  • Maintain strong working relationships with talent during film and photography shoots as required
  • Work with graphic designers to ensure digital assets are produced to meet brand guidelines and high standards
