Email Marketing Specialist – Universal Music Australia (Sydney)

Universal Music Australia are on the hunt for a cunning Email Marketing Specialist and CRM Executive to join their Sydney team. This role will see the lucky candidate spearhead customer data strategies to drive acquisition and conversions within UMA’s digital database.

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Sound experience and knowledge in the marketing/advertising field, including experience in digital or email marketing
  • Good understanding of how CRM should and can be utilized across the organization
  • Experience and exposure in online D2C (direct to consumer) environment
  • Excellent time management and project management skills, ability to juggle many priorities at once
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Hard working/ strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and to achieve goals unsupervised

Tasks / Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the CRM Lead, the Email Marketing Coordinator executes the customer data strategy for the business to include overall acquisition, retention and loyalty programmes business-wide.
  • With input from the CRM Lead and Data & Insight teams, the Email Marketing Coordinator activates segments of the database through Universal Music Australia’s Marketing Automation tool
  • Working closely with the CRM lead, the Email Marketing Coordinator measures, reports on and optimises all CRM customer journeys in order to drive customer engagement, retention and loyalty
  • Implement personalisation tactics based on insight from the CRM Lead and Data & Insights team

Digital Marketing Assistant – Roland Corporation Australia (Sydney)

Want to help shape the online strategy of one of the music world’s most iconic brands? Roland Corporation Australia are on the hunt for someone to join their Sydney team as Digital Marketing Assistant and help create campaigns to pulling consumers.

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a creative flair
  • Play at least one musical instrument, but have a very good all-round knowledge of drums, guitar, piano/keys, synthesisers and electronic dance music
  • A good understanding of different marketing channels (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google) and how to use them effectively
  • Previous experience in running ad campaigns from within either Facebook Business Manager or Google Ads platforms
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility for projects; self-motivated and can work unsupervised and meet strict deadlines
  • Reliable, proactive “whatever it takes” attitude
  • Videography skills would be seen as advantageous, as would bilingual ability

Content Producer – RTRFM (Perth)

Skills / Experience Required:

Skills / Experience Required:

  • 2-3+ years sales experience or working within a sales support capacity
  • Experience & knowledge in a sales or sales support capacity in the following areas: (not necessarily all mandatory or limited to); experience in delivering and/or supporting achievement of sales targets
  • Experience within an Account Management or Client Service role
