Jackson, Charvel and Gretsch have each launched new guitars spanning high-speed metal machines, versatile modern shredders, and sophisticated semi-hollow designs.

Three iconic guitar brands, one announcement, and something here for almost every kind of player.

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation has launched new models across Jackson, Charvel, and Gretsch, covering a lot of ground from satin black metal machines through to figured centre-block semi-hollows with Bigsby vibratos.

Catch up on all the latest news here.

Jackson’s contribution is the Pro Plus Pure Metal series – three limited edition guitars built squarely for heavy music and hard touring. Available in the Soloist SL1A, Rhoads RR1A, and Kelly KE1A body shapes, all three arrive in satin black with a single Bare Knuckle Holy Diver humbucker, a Floyd Rose 1000 Series double-locking tremolo, and stainless steel frets. The spec is tight and purposeful, built for speed and designed to withstand the demands of relentless touring.

Charvel’s Pro-Mod Plus Dinky range is broader, with five new models spanning the DK24 platform in HH, HSS, and seven-string configurations. Pickup options are all Seymour Duncan: the DK24 HH models pair a Full Shred TB-10 at the bridge with an Alnico Pro II APH-1N at the neck; the DK24 HSS 2PT QM adds Custom Flat Strat SSL-6 single coils to the mix; and the limited edition DK24-7 HH 2PT EB brings the same HH configuration to a seven-string format. Colour options across the range include Raven Black, Celestial Silk, Midnight Ocean, Chlorine Burst, Violet Radiance, and Blue Curaçao – so there’s plenty of visual variety alongside the tonal versatility.

Gretsch rounds out the announcement with four new Broadkaster LX models featuring figured centre blocks, Pro Twin Six humbucking pickups, Adjusto-Matic bridges, and String-Thru Bigsby B7GP vibrato tailpieces. The standard Broadkaster LX Figured Centre Block comes in Havana Burst and Bourbon Stain, while the more compact Broadkaster Jr. LX arrives in Caramel Dawn and Tropic Aura. They’re built for players who want the warmth and resonance of a semi-hollow with the added control and feedback resistance that a centre block provides.
