Triple J Unearthed launches Unearthed High competition for 2020

The competition, which has previously assisted in launching the professional careers of artists like Japanese Wallpaper, Hockey Dad and Stonefield, is open from now until midnight August 24, with artists being able to enter their submissions through the Unearthed website.

This year’s Unearthed High 2020 winner will receive a huge industry kick-starter package that includes the recording, production, mixing and mastering of the act’s next single, as well as professional career advice from a senior music manager and mentoring from a handful of prominent local artists.

Triple J Unearthed have also announced the return of their Unearthed High Indigenous Initiative, which links an artist of First Nations descent up with ongoing mentorship from the Association of Artist Managers and a songwriting workshop from the APRA AMCOS Songmakers program.
