NEW VINYL PRESSING PLANT TO OPEN IN MELBOURNE

Program Records will open for business in early 2018 and comes equipped with state of the art WarmTone presses, which are made by the Toronto-based company Viryl Technologies who specialise in modern automated pressing machinery. The WarmTone press is said to be the first ever integrated machine software for the record pressing industry, taking a lot of the guesswork out of the equation and providing consistent quality and fast turn around times.

Program will initially offer 12” records in either 140gm or 180gm with plans to introduce 7” and 10” record sizes later next year. They will also be cutting and lathing on site and will offer custom colour vinyl options.
