Founding member Andrew Hewitt has been invited to NAMM 2016 in Anaheim, California to present with the Can-Do Musos and represent Australian musicians with a disability.
Andrew runs the website, edits the newsletter and hosts a weekly online radio show playing music only from Can-Do Musos, and he needs your help to get to the States.
Can-Do Musos is running a fundraiser to help cover the cost of the trip to help Andrew make a real difference, with an awesome prize pack from Aussie rock legends The Living End, courtesy of Pearl, Zildjian, Vic Firth and Remo.
Since March 2013, Can-Do Musos’ website has featured over 180 musicians from 22 countries sharing their stories about how they have managed to work past their disabilities and showcase their talent.
According to their website, a Can-Do Muso is a musician with challenges and a serious passion for music. The word ‘challenges’ is used because challenges can be overcome, and often are overcome by these Can-Do Musos.
