The Foo Fighters frontman joined Wet Leg on stage during their set for a rendition of the band’s hit single “Ur Mum”, with Grohl joining lead vocalist Rhian Teasdale on the song’s memorable “longest loudest scream” outro.
Dave Grohl has publicly praised Wet Leg in recent interviews, notably in The Independent, stating:
“It’s fun, it’s fresh, it’s new, it’s just completely entertaining. Great sense of humor, great beat, great riffs, totally hooky. I started forwarding it to my friends, and whenever we get together for our living room dance parties, that’s the one song everyone jumps off the couch and dances to.”
