The announcement comes after two shows apiece were sold out in Brisbane and Melbourne, with Sydney’s Enmore Theatre show also selling its last tickets. Violent Soho will be hoping that this time around the ticket sales are scalper-free, having posted a Facebook rant telling those people to “kindly Fuck Off” after word of tickets being scalped for more than $200 got back to the band.

The band will play a third show in both Brisbane and Melbourne, and Sydneysiders will have another chance to see the band as well. Along for the ride at these shows and the rest of the tour are fellow Aussie rockers DZ Deathrays and Dune Rats, which could make this one of the best tours of 2016, and if not, certainly the loudest.

The tour will roll through Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Sydney on the back of Violent Soho’s upcoming release WACO, out on March 18. If singles ‘Like Soda’ and ‘Viceroy’ are anything to go by, the album will be very impressive. Regardless of the album, the band is known for their incredibly energetic live show, and this tour will not be one to miss.
