On top of that, the band have announced the addition of a Geelong show and a second Melbourne show after selling out the first one.
The track is the first single from the bands second album which will be released in June of this year. Singer Ambrose Kenny-Smith describes the track as “Still experiencing puberty blues when you have well outgrown your teenage years. The mood swings of a 20 something dropkick.”
The Murlocs are fast becoming a staple in the Australian alternative rock world, aided by performances at festivals like the Port Royal Street Party and support slots for touring acts like Mac Demarco.
The Murlocs will release their second studio album in June 2015 via Flightless / Remote Control Records, with a confirmed release date, album title, and artwork to be revealed in the coming weeks.
