The UK five-piece return to Australia in April 2026 with their new album Night Life, playing shows in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
The Horrors are returning to Australian shores for a headline national tour in April 2026, following their captivating Dark Mofo performance earlier this year. It’s their first full Australian tour since 2012, when they appeared at Laneway Festival alongside headline shows supporting their third album Skying. Melbourne fans also caught an intimate Live at 3RRR set ahead of the Hobart festival, getting a preview of what the 2026 run will deliver.

After nearly 20 years making music, few bands have built a catalogue as consistently innovative and critically acclaimed as The Horrors. Emerging as garage-goths with 2007’s Strange House, they took a sharp left turn with Mercury-nominated Primary Colours. 2011’s Skying won the NME Award for Best Album, while V earned five-star reviews from The Guardian. Their 2021 EPs Lout and Against The Blade pushed into more industrial territory, marking another evolution in their restless approach to sound.
Their latest record Night Life explores the thoughts that surface under the cover of darkness – not the energy of venues and crowds, but the places your mind wanders when everyone else is asleep. It’s a record of weight and space, melancholy and euphoria, born from a desire to recapture the raw, instinctive spirit of their early work while maintaining the sophistication they’ve developed over two decades.
