Headlining the festival are prodigious partygoers Dune Rats, closely followed by SA punkers Bad//Dreems, Perth’s Methyl Ethel and the eccentric, always entertaining, Kirin J Callinan.
This time around the festival will take place on April 16 at three Brisbane venues – The Brightside, The Zoo and The Foundy – significantly expanding its capacity and cultural hold on the city.
As they say, “It was the best of times, it was The Blurst of Times”. With 24 of the country’s best acts on show, and what has to be one of the greatest festival slogans of all time, this year’s event can only be a winner.
