Who needs Soundwave? Just when you thought Slipknot’s tour couldn’t get any better, the metal act has suprised fans overnight by announcing metal-giants Lamb of God as the main support band for all three dates.
On the eve of their biggest tour of the U.S, Slipknot announced that they are coming down under. The critically acclaimed metal act will be wowing their adoring fans with three dates across the East Coast in October.
Slipknot have been at their fearsome best since releasing their Grammy-nominated album, .5: The Gray Chapter in 2014 and Australian fans have been demanding these shows for some time now. The album has produced five songs that have climbed on to the Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Songs Chart: ‘Killpop’, ‘The Devil & I’, ‘Custer’, ‘The Negative One’ and the latest single ‘Goodbye’ confirming their status as metal’s hit making machines. Be sure to get your tickets early because these shows are bound to sell out quick.
